Buying new flooring doesn’t happen very often, so when we do it we need to make sure we get it right. But sometimes we don’t and that’s why iFLOOR offers a Risk Free Guarantee on your flooring purchase. It’s like an insurance policy guaranteeing your satisfaction, and it costs absolutely nothing to you.

Complete flooring orders of unopened and resalable cartons may be returned within 15-days of product delivery, for any reason, at no cost to you. Limit one risk free return per customer. iFLOOR credit only.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Preparing material for successful return transit.
  • All costs for items returned without prior authorization; including refused deliveries.
  • You must have received and approved a sample of the same flooring you ordered PRIOR to having us ship your flooring.


Not applicable to:
  • Products that have previously been installed.
  • Custom-made or special order products.
  • Damage and/or Claims; please refer to our Missing & Damaged Items Policy.
  • PRO Account clientele.
  • Deliveries outside the 48 contiguous states
  • iFLOOR Store/Showroom orders.
  • Odd-lots or Clearance Flooring


  • Flooring accessories; molding, trim and/or transition items.
  • Name brand and special order items.
  • Installation materials; adhesives and trowels.
  • Underlayment.
  • Cleaning materials.
