What Are Odd Lots?Odd Lot is a specific amount of flooring that we have decided to sell at a great discounted price. It's flooring that has been returned or discontinued (rather than throw it away we are selling at a very low price). The amount of square footage (SF) listed is all that we have available at the Odd Lot price.
While we might be able to get more of the same product, it will be sold at the regular sale price* (see above). All Odd Lots are in stock products and are available to ship next day in most cases. All Odd Lots must be sold in its entirety. Odd Lots are ideal for small areas such as closets and small bedrooms. The larger square footage Odd Lots are great for rental fixer uppers. With an Odd Lot there are no returns and are sold as is. No warranty. |
