Sponsor. The contest is administered and managed by iFLOOR, Inc., a Washington corporation (“iFLOOR”), in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein.

Eligibility. To be eligible to enter and win the contest, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and a resident of the United States. Employees of iFLOOR and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each such employee’s immediate family or household members, are not eligible to enter or win the contest. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Other Restrictions. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Residents of the states of Florida, New York and Rhode Island are ineligible to participate in this contest.

How to Enter. You may enter the contest by registering your e-mail address at www.ifloor.com/promos/free-floor.html or by placing an order (including sample orders) at www.ifloor.com or in an iFLOOR retail store during the duration of the contest. iFLOOR will not verify receipt of entries. In case of a dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries become property of iFLOOR and will not be returned. Limit one (1) entry per person, per household.

Alternate Entry Method. You may also enter the contest by entering your email into the submission field found at www.ifloor.com/promos/free-floor.html or by completing an official entry form and mailing it with first class postage affixed to:

Official entry forms are available to print at www.ifloor.com/promos/free-floor.html. You may also request an official entry form by sending a written request to the address above. All mail-in entries must be received by iFLOOR during the duration of the contest. Mail-in entries must be legible and submitted in original hand-printed form. Entry forms that are mechanically reproduced or made in any fashion other than the official entry form are void.

Drawing. The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held after the conclusion of the contest period from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by the management of iFLOOR whose decisions on all matters related to this promotion are final. The drawing will be conducted at our corporate headquarters. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prizes. Upon verification of the winner’s eligibility, the winner will receive one of the following prizes (each, a “Prize”): If the winner entered the contest by placing an order at www.ifloor.com or in an iFLOOR retail store during the duration of the contest, the winner will receive a refund on such order, up to a value of $2,500. If the winner entered the contest by submitting an official entry form, the winner will receive a credit of up to $2,500 for one future purchase at www.ifloor.com or at any iFLOOR retail store. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution of cash equivalency, in whole or in part, is permitted, except at iFLOOR’s sole discretion. iFLOOR reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Only one entry per family or household.

Notification and Awarding of Prize. The winner will be notified that he or she has been selected by telephone, e-mail or mail. If iFLOOR is unable to contact the winner within five (5) calendar days from the first notification attempt, such winner’s right to claim a Prize shall be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If no alternate winner can be found after the third alternate is selected, no prize shall be awarded and the contest shall terminate. The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release before receiving his or her Prize. If the winner fails to comply with the above requirements, such winner’s right to claim his or her Prize will be forfeited and a substitute winner may be selected. By entering the contest, the winner agrees to allow iFLOOR to use his or her name and likeness on iFLOOR.com and any other related iFLOOR Free Floor Contest promotional materials.

Winners List/Rules. For a winners’ list or a copy of the Official Rules, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope for receipt by November 30, 2008 to iFLOOR, at 17616 West Valley Hwy, Tukwila, WA 98188. Please specify if you are requesting rules or winner information. VT residents may omit return postage.

Taxes and Fees. All federal, state and local taxes associated with a Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

General Conditions. This contest is subject to these official rules. By participating in this contest, all participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of iFLOOR and its agents, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this contest.
