We saw similar floors for two times the amount, and if anything, this floor seemed more well-crafted. My husband installed it in less than a day and because it was so inexpensive, we got the best pad to go underneath. It sounds great, it looks great, and it's the easiest floor to clean I've ever owned. Two big thumbs up!
