25-Year Warranty
for the Silencer Antiquities, Beveled Impressions 4 with Pad, Silencer Traditions,Wood Reflections Beveled with Pad 10.3mm, Classic Collection 8mm, Classic Collection Gen II 8mm ,Heritage Collection Vise-Loc 8.2mm, Heritage Standards, Silencer American Traditions and Silencer Exotic Antiquities

Manufacturer 25 year Limited Warranty. The manufacturer warrants to the original end consumer of laminate flooring panels for 25 years from the date of the purchase, that:

• The surface of the panels will not wear through.
• The panels will not fade from sunlight or normal artificial lighting.
• The panels will resist stains.
• The panels will resist water damage.
• The panel joints will remain secure after installation.
• The panels are free from manufacturing defects.

This limited warranty is made subject to the following conditions:
Laminate flooring installation instructions, and must be used for indoor areas according to their utility rating.

• This limited warranty does not cover negligence, improper installation or maintenance, insufficient protection, improper alterations to the original materials, insects, severe accidents, exposure to extreme heat, burns, fire, natural disasters or Acts of God.
• The surface wear is readily visible, i.e. a minimum of one square inch, and is not the result of sand or other abrasive materials.
• The surface wear or damage is not the result of abuse, improper care and maintenance, sliding furniture or heavy objects across the floor without proper protection, sever impact, scratching, cutting, or chemical damage.
• This limited warranty applies to water damage from normal household spills when removed promptly. (See Routine Cleaning) This limited warranty specifically excludes water damage from standing water, urine or other corrosive liquids, excessive subsurface penetration or moisture emissions from concrete, leaking pipes or faucets, leaking appliances such as but not limited to washing machines, dishwashers, and refrigerators, hydrostatic pressure, flooding, natural disaster, or Acts of God.
• Laminate flooring panels installed with any manufacturing defect are not covered by this limited warranty. Any such defective material will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company.
• Any claim under this limited warranty shall be made by contacting your retailer within thirty (30) days after the defect is detected.
• Proof of purchase with the date of purchase must be presented with the claim.
• This limited warranty covers the repair or replacement, at the manufacturer option, of the affected laminate flooring panels. If repair is not commercially practicable, or if the design or model line that is claimed for is no longer available, the manufacturer will replace the affected materials with another design or model line of equal value.
• This limited warranty is not transferable, and extends only the original end consumer.
• The above constitutes the customer sole and exlusive remedy for claims under this limited warranty. This limited warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

The manufacturer warrants to the original end consumer of laminate flooring panels for 30 years from the date of the purchase, that:

• The surface of the panels will not wear through.
• The panels will not fade from sunlight or normal artificial lighting.
• The panels will resist stains.
• The panels will resist water damage.
• The panels are free from manufacturing defects.

No installer, dealer, agent or employee has the authority to increase or alter the obligations or limitations of this warranty. The manufacturer will repair or replace the product, only if the product was originally professionally installed. This warranty does not cover any other cost associated with the installation, repair or replacement (e.g., loss of time, inconvenience, expenses, costs, or other consequential damages caused by or resulting directly or indirectly from a problem about which a claim was made). Any attempt to repair or replace the defective product prior to inspection by the manufacturer will invalidate this warranty. This limited warranty is made subject to the following conditions:

• Laminate flooring installation instructions must be used and the product used in areas according to their utility rating.
• Each board must be inspected for defects before and during installation. Boards with visible defects cannot be installed under any circumstances. The retailer has to be informed in writing of these defects within 20 days of receiving the floor. After this time period, no further complaints will be accepted on this floor.
• This limited warranty does not cover negligence, improper installation or maintenance, insufficient protection, improper alterations to the original materials, insects, severe accidents, exposure to extreme heat, burns, fire, natural disasters or Acts of God.
• The surface wear is readily visible and a minimum of 8 percent of the total floor and is not the result of sand or other abrasive materials.
• The surface wear or damage is not the result of abuse, improper care and maintenance, sliding furniture or heavy objects across the floor without proper protection, sever impact, scratching, cutting, or chemical damage.
• This limited warranty applies to water damage from normal household spills when removed promptly. This limited warranty specifically excludes water damage from standing water, urine or other corrosive liquids, excessive subsurface penetration or moisture emissions from concrete, leaking pipes or faucets, leaking appliances such as but not limited to washing machines, dishwashers, and refrigerators, hydrostatic pressure, flooding, natural disaster, or Acts of God.

Responsibility for final inspection and approval falls to the customer and installer prior to permanent installation. It is the installers responsibility to check color, finish and quality before installation. If your installer is not satisfied with our flooring prior to installation, then do not install the floor and contact us right away. We are not responsible for any costs associated with repairing or replacing boards that were installed with evident defects. Occasionally, small flaws occur during milling, finishing, transportation, cutting, etc., which do not necessarily preclude use of the board. Many manufactures allow a percentage of the floor to have manufacture and or product defects which will not be covered by the warranty in most cases it is between 5 to 7% of the total sq.ft ordered depending on the manufacture in question. Please review the warranty before ordering to make sure you have order enough product to complete your room. A good guide for ordering your floor is to allow 5% for defective material and 5 to 9% in installation wastage, if you order 10 to 14% more sq.ft you should have enough to complete your project.
