Structural Integrity Warranty

Westhollow warrants its products to be free from any manufacturing defects. We warrant that our product will not delaminate for as long as you own your home.

Surface Finish Warranty

We warrant, to the original purchaser for residential installation, that the Style aluminum oxide surface finish and the Living urethane finish will not wear through or lack finish adhesion for 25 years, from the date of purchase.

This warranty is conditioned upon the evidence that the products were properly installed and maintained and not subject to any of the conditions described below.

Limitations on Liability Buyer's exclusive remedy and or sole liability on any claim shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective products which are proven to manufacturer's satisfaction to be defective or refund of purchase price only, at our option. We do not cover any associated costs such a s labor or any related materials. We are not responsible for any labor charges of any kind either in the reinstallation of in the dismantling and removal of products previously installed.

Installer/Owner Responsibility
Bamboo flooring is a product of nature and therefore, not perfect nor identical in grains or color. Bamboo floorings are manufactured in accordance with accepted industry standards which permit a defect tolerance not to exceed 5%. The defects may be of a manufacturing or natural type.

The installer assumes all responsibility for final inspection of products quality. This inspection of all flooring should be done before installation. Examine flooring for color, finish and quality before installation.

Prior to installation of any flooring, the installer must determine that the job-site environment and the sub-surfaces involved, meet or exceed all requirements as stated in the installation instruction. We can't accept any responsibility for job failure resulting from and associated with sub-surface or job-site environment deficiencies.

The installer/owner has the final inspection responsibility as to grade, manufacture and finish. He must use reasonable selectivity and hold out or cut off pieces with visible defects whatever the cause.

Should an individual piece be doubtful or unacceptable, the installer should not use the piece.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents or abuses that stain or scratch the finish, dull finish or indent the surface of the bamboo. It also does not cover damage caused by heavy or concentrated foot traffic.

This warranty does not cover indentations from spiked heel shoes, heavy objects or furniture rolled or dragged across the surface.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by wetting or the presence of excessive moisture, or by conditions that are too dry.

This writing is the complete and exclusive statement of the warranty, and is in lieu of all other express and/or statutory warranties. We assume no liability for incidence or consequential damages.

ACCLIMATION:

Flooring should be acclimated in opened cartons in the environment in which it will be installed to allow for proper installation and "marriage" with the sub-floor and home. Acclimate the flooring for at least 48 hours (preferably 3-4 days) prior to installation In addition, the heating or cooling system should be operating and controlled at for at least 48 hours before, during and maintained after installing.

Responsibility for final inspection and approval falls to the customer and installer prior to permanent installation. It is the installers responsibility to check color, finish and quality before installation. If your installer is not satisfied with our flooring prior to installation, then do not install the floor and contact us right away. We are not responsible for any costs associated with repairing or replacing boards that were installed with evident defects.
