All work directly contracted with NINE will be paid directly to NINE and NINE will be solely responsible for the work. iFLOOR works with our customers and our partners to insure that every job is done to your satisfaction and every customer will receive a customer survey at the end of each job for feedback which goes directly to iFLOOR.
