Exclusive Manufacturing Process
The process of perfecting nature begins even before the lumber is turned into a floor. Each piece of lumber is straight-line ripped to remove any side bend. This is the first step to ensure dimensional stability.
The lumber is then pre-dressed to uniform thickness then stacked and slow dried using the most efficient kiln-drying process in the industry. This process is done to maximize the stability and minimize the movement of the wood during the warm and cold seasons.
Our professional graders inspect every inch of the flooring throughout the process. Quality control specialists make sure the moisture content and milling are always consistent.
