Community theater changes location, adds laminate flooring
Community theater changes location, adds laminate flooring The Chester Little Theatre in Chester, South Carolina, has experienced a great deal of problems since it changed location in 2004. According to The Herald, the most recent obstacle occurred when heavy rain caused flooding in the theatres lobby and created some extra work for theater member Carl Campbell.
"We are used to the hardships, we are used to making do," Campbell, who spent extra time mopping up the excess water, told the news source.
Although the flooding was the latest issue, it certainly hasn't been the only one. The news provider reports that ever since moving in six years ago, theater members have been constantly renovating the space. Among the changes made were installing brand new seating, building a new dressing room and installing laminate flooring to replace the sloped floor that was previously there.
While laminate flooring helped renovate the theater, the material can also be a great choice for homeowners looking for a new floor covering. TLC.com reports that the material boasts a large number of advantages. Laminate flooring can mimic any number of other materials ranging from wood to stone.
