Building in Toronto features landscaped courtyard, laminate flooring
A beautiful 21-story building is nearing completion in Toronto, Canada, and according to the National Post, when it's finished it will boast 279 units that feature a number of attractive amenities to prospective buyers.
According to the news source, the building itself contains many lavish amenities for possible tenants. Among the luxuries are a party room, fitness room, outdoor terrace, landscaped courtyard and 24-hour concierge service. In addition, each of the units is expected to contain energy-efficient appliances and water-efficient fixtures.
The units are impressively furnished as well. Along with nine-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, the news outlet reports that the kitchens contain quartz-marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, and all the principal rooms are complete with laminate flooring.
Homeowners looking for a durable and versatile option for their floor should consider laminate flooring. The North American Laminate Flooring Association reports that the material is both scratch and impact-resistant, which makes it longer lasting than other options. Laminate also comes in a wide array of styles and can mimic the appearance of wood and stone floors.
