Proposed houses in Illinois to include hardwood flooring
Proposed houses in Illinois to include hardwood flooring A proposed housing community in Oswego, Illinois, is giving prospective homeowners the opportunity to tour the models that will be in place when the building is completed. The Daily Herald reports that the project will feature a number of impressive amenities including parks and walking trails, an on site elementary school and a clubhouse with an outdoor pool.
"The introduction of this series reflects our commitment to making homeownership as affordable as possible," Donna Zizek, director of marketing for the builders, told the news source. "The models give visitors a chance to walk through these attractive homes in a scenic country setting."
The houses themselves are as appealing as the area they will be in. According to the news provider, the homes will be between 2,052 and 3,238-square-feet, and the interior design will be focused on an informal living space decorated in blues and greens. In addition to the coloring, rooms will be furnished with dark hardwood floors throughout the abode.
Homeowners looking to add a sense of natural elegance to their house may want to consider installing hardwood flooring. The National Wood Floooring Association reports that material is an ideal choice for any dwelling as it retains its look for many years.
