Looks great, easy to install, very warm over concrete slab floor. It is the NEW thing, so pricing is a bit more than I would like. Only caution is that the floor is very smooth and our cat used his claws to stop his exuberances and scratched the floor - not very noticeable, yet kip will have to be declawed soon.
