This richly stained block cork flooring gives you the aesthetic appeal of cork and a blocked design that everyone will love. You get all the benefits of cork and a stylish, unique floor that’s comfortable to live on. This cork floor has a wear layer of cork attached to a recycled HDF core. The core has been made from the sawdust used to create other floors. Attached to the underside of that core is cork underlayment, giving you three layers of green materials that work together to provide a host of benefits, including warmth underfoot. The large 12” x 36” boards connect using a click locking system that requires no glue. You can install this floor on concrete slabs and if you add an additional layer of cork underlayment, you are creating a sound barrier unequaled by any other floor.

Good for the earth too!! , 4/25/12

We actually saw a slight difference in our electric bill because the floor is so well insulated now. We are very satisfied and ifloor seems like a great company.

I had a tough time around the hearth but it's a unique situation and required some intricate cutting that I'm not qualified to do. Of course, I did it anyway before hiring someone who knew what they were doing. Other than that, everything went well and the floor looks fantastic.
Very unique floor , 3/7/12

This wasn’t the least expensive floor, but we saved a lot by installing it ourselves and I like it so much better than hardwood or even bamboo. It was a little confusing choosing the right one, but the customer service person was very helpful and made ordering easy.
