I'm and IT pro and order equipment and services over the Internet every day. I'm used to excellent service and follow-through with everything I order. I was dubious about ordering flooring over the Internet, mostly because I didn't know exactly what I was doing. However, all my questions were answered patiently and considerately during my online chats with iFloor experts. Twenty minutes of IMing saved me hours of research. I was impressed and ordered my flooring and continued to be impressed because I was provided with email notices at every juncture of the process. Most of my online experience with home improvement-related industries have been mediocre at best. iFloor is a top-notch company that provides its customers with great service. We have had it down a month and it is holding up really good. We have a Lab and cat and it is not showing any any signs of toenail marks. Easy to install!
