The 39-story building is expected to contain 420 units between 400 and 800-square-feet, and will feature a number of pleasing amenities. The news source reports that the structure in a terrific location, as the University of Toronto is nearby and it is close to many stores and restaurants. The condos will be finished with floor-to-ceiling windows that will offer breathtaking views of the city, and smooth, nine-foot ceilings will also come standard.
Along with the striking views and a great location, the units in the building will be finished with wide-plank laminate flooring throughout much of the living space.
