By Arnaldo & Shelly Greene: We couldn't decide between bamboo or hardwood, so we did our research, ordered samples of both and compared them side by side. WE ended up liking the bamboo more just on appearances and supposedly bamboo is harder. It was even a little cheaper. I think we made a good call. We love it.
